Donna McGoldrick has always enjoyed reading mysteries and romantic suspense books. She decided to write her own stories and finished a romantic suspense titled Deadline. After entering the manuscript in numerous writing contests sponsored by RWA chapters, it won first place in the Dual on the Delta contest and was third place in the Great Expectation contest. She is an active member of several writing organizations such as Sister’s in Crime, Guppies, Dallas Area Romance Authors, and Romance Writers of America. She writes mainly in the mystery and suspense genre with a little romance thrown in.
She was awarded a certificate for completing The Novel Writing Workshop sponsored by Writer’s Digest School. In addition to taking writing workshops, she completed the Writing Popular Fiction program at Seton Hill University. She has an Associate Degree in Science/Computer Programming from McLennan Community College, and a BA in English/Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University.
Donna lives in Texas with her family and is a Network Administrator for a manufacturing company of aerospace products. She enjoys playing tennis, riding her horse, and watching her grandkids play baseball and race go-carts.
